Beauty, Harmony, Kindness, and a Generosity of Spirit are enlivened through ritual and ceremony.

Discovering ceremony and ritual was an absolute life-changing experience for me. My very first ceremony, a sweat lodge, gave me an immediate sense of belonging, mystery, and connection to something greater than my reality. It was a feeling I didn't even know I craved. It soothed and challenged me, and I was both awed and humbled. I knew that I had found something absolutely vital to my soul.

Ceremony helped me to slow down the multiple thoughts that were always running in my mind. It provided me with a safe and sacred space to be present with others, and it helped me to find courage within myself and to see the beauty in simplicity. But most importantly, ceremony and ritual helped me connect with the sacred in ways I had never experienced before. During this time, I was in my twenties, and since then, I have grown and developed in the slow-time of these relational containers. I would love to help you experience the same and connect with the sacred within your ceremonial story.

"Ceremony focuses attention so that attention becomes intention. If you stand together and profess a thing before your community, it holds you accountable. That, I think, is the power of ceremony: it marries the mundane to the sacred. The water turns to wine, the coffee to a prayer."
